
As per the Ukraine Constitution, access to free education is granted to all citizens. In-state school’s complete general secondary education is compulsory which constitutes the overwhelming majority. On a competitive basis, free higher education and communal educational establishments are provided. Also, there are some accredited private secondary and higher education institutions in small numbers.
